These Baptists are stupid. Stupid. STUPID.
I would like to thank everyone who was nice to me during this hormonal period where I'm a total wreck and am freaking out all the time. I really appreciate the lack of teasing and whatnot.

The rhododendron are out. Peter picked me some flowers. These are one of my favorite plants ever, if I ever have a house on a bunch of land, I just want tons and tons of them all over, and I would make a fort inside of them. I remember seeing this huge bush (or many bushes) of rhododendrons near my house as I was growing up. Across the street was a private area for the water company or something like that. We called it the management area. There was skunk cabbage and trails and a lake, tons of fun for kids to rough house in. We found a great trail that went all around the lake once, and at the other side there was a house. There were no roads that lead to the house, and it looked like no one lived in it although it was full of furniture and towels and other things like that. Really creepy. But there were tons and tons of rhododendrons surrounding it. You could get lost underneath. I remember hiding under there for a long time. Ever since that day, I think of those bushes when I see a rhodadendron bush. When we bored of the house, we tried to find the highway nearby. We saw Zach Norwood lived on the other side and was on his front yard. I called his name and hid, he had no idea what was going on. It was hysterical.

As I was washing my hair in the shower today, I was rinsing my hands of the hair that had fallen out (which happens a lot at this time of the year-and you thought only pets shed), and I noticed a white hair. My first white hair. I made Peter hold it until I got out of the shower, and now I'm saving it. I also measured it, it's 11 and 11/16 inches long. How could I have a white hair that long in my dark long locks that no one has ever noticed before? I can't believe I'm getting so old to get white hairs. Could I be one of those people who go gray early? I can't get myself to the hair dresser to get my hair cut once every three months, I know I'd struggle to get there every few weeks to have it dyed. More likely, I would get lazy and have a skunks tail on my head. What an awful fate lies ahead of me. I'd be known as skunk girl at work. The high school students would be afraid to go into the receiving room to punch in and out.
We watched Ed Wood this morning. It was great. I can't believe the studio waited so long to put it out on DVD. If you haven't seen it, go rent it this instant. It has some of the best lines ever and Martin Landau also won an Oscar for his role of Bela Lugosi.
